Firetree Philanthropy, which is part of the Firetree Group, exists to support people, grassroots organisations and networks that are building more just, equitable and inclusive communities in the places in which we and our partners work.

Our accountability is, always, to the communities in which our partners work: the children, young people, parents and families at the heart of this work. They are not numbers. They are individuals with dreams, fears, needs and hopes. We have tried to build our organisation around that accountability, not around anyone else.
