> What we've learned
We believe that sharing what we learn is part of doing this work well. This page brings together our reflections, the research we've commissioned, and resources we've found useful along the way. We hope some of it is helpful to others working in this space.
Our Blog
We share our thinking, reflections, and lessons from our work on our blog. This includes what we're noticing in the field, questions we're sitting with, and things we wish we'd known earlier.

Our Research
From time to time, we commission research to help us better understand the contexts our partners work in and the issues they face. We share that research here, in the spirit of openness and in the hope that it is useful to others.
Resources
On Mental Health
Supporting the wellbeing of nonprofit teams is something we care deeply about. We've curated country-specific fact sheets, using publicly available data from credible sources, covering Cambodia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand, alongside a wider collection of resources on topics including mental health in the workplace, adolescent mental health, and suicide prevention. We are not mental health professionals, and we recognise there may be resources we haven't been able to access — but what we have found, we share here in the spirit of openness and collaboration.

On Systems Thinking
We've put together a beginner's facilitator guide to systems thinking, available in both English and Tagalog. It's designed for communities, networks, and organisations introducing systems thinking for the first time — particularly young leaders and local groups working on social change. It draws on existing materials and conversations with systemic leaders in the Philippines, and we hope to keep evolving it with input from those who use it.
